Business Policies

Tropaquatics serves the retail pet industry. Qualified buyers may request price list and availability information from our office; 303.744.2744 or via email sales@tropaquatics.com

Delivered Shipments

Orders entered before 3pm MDT Monday - Thursday will be delivered within two business days (Tuesday - Friday) and generally the next business day.  Delivery charges may apply.

Shipments via delivery services are made in good faith. Typical deliveries are by 5 PM. Tropaquatics cannot guarantee delivery time or be responsible for inconveniences due to circumstances out of our control.

Guarantee & DOA Policy

Losses in transit are rare employing our shipping techniques. We guarantee live arrival if shipments arrive on schedule, provided the following procedure is observed. Shipments via delivery services must be unpacked and processed upon delivery. All claims must be reported to us within 24 hours. We will apply full credit for these DOA losses. Losses due to carrier delay or mishandling must be filed with the carrier. All invoices must be satisfied according to the terms of sale as printed on the invoice.


All sales prepaid by Mastercard, Visa, ACH/bank transfer or COD.  Overdue accounts are subject to service charges.

Collection Charges

NSF Returned checks are charged $30.00. Should collection procedures be necessary, buyer agrees to pay all costs of collections including attorney's fees.
